Buyers will receive one large 30mm heart-shaped living locket on a chain as seen in the photos. This is a larger-sized locket. Please look through all of the pictures so that you can get a good feeling for the size and number of charms included. The necklace measures 20 inches. If you need a larger or smaller chain, please leave a note with payment. We have 16", 18", 20", 24" and 28" chains. The floating birthstone included is ONE pretty 5mm colored-glass faceted crystal that sparkles in the light. The color is sapphire blue to represent the September birthstone. It is not a real gemstone, just colored to look like one.
