1. Features a 1.6mm-thick military-grade PCB design with 20Z copper thickness, delivering high current capacity and excellent heat dissipation.
2. Equipped with a 120mm high-power cooling fan.
3. Utilizes a custom-designed, oversized high-power heat sink to ensure effective heat dissipation for the MOSFETs.
4. The output terminal uses six M4 copper posts in parallel, allowing connection to a heating coil, a high-voltage pack, or a high-frequency transformer.
5. Features a resonant circuit with six genuine IRFP260 transistors and 12 genuine BM capacitors in parallel, delivering high power and efficiency.
6. This product can operate continuously for extended periods provided adequate heat dissipation conditions are met.
7. Features an integrated power meter and control system design for ease of use.
8. Integrated control eliminates the need for complex wiring.
9. The heating coil is wrapped in high-temperature-resistant insulation material to prevent short circuits during the heating process.
10. Equipped with microsecond-level rapid overcurrent protection; the heating protection circuit automatically disconnects immediately upon overload.
11. A color LCD screen displays all system operating parameters, including voltage, current, and power. The maximum allowable operating current and minimum input voltage can be set via a potentiometer. If the input voltage exceeds the minimum threshold during operation, the system immediately enters overload protection mode and locks out operation; manual reset is required before restarting.
12. Water-cooling system low-water protection.
