Krytox™ XHT-BDZ 10G 

Krytox™ XHT-BDZ Is a grease The NLGI class 1.5 With outstanding chemical, thermal and mechanical properties. It consists of Perfluorpolyether ( PFPE ), a liquid and very reaction lacquer fluorolymer and polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) as a functional thickener. 

Krytox™ XHT-BDZ Is extremely temperature and pressure-resistant (up to 400 ° C). 

It is not flaming and non-flammable, compatible with oxygen and resistant to aggressive chemicals. Due to the NLGI class of 1.5 that has XHT-BDZ a stronger binding property compared to Krytox GPL-205G0.

Krytox™ XHT-BDZ Convinces compared to conventional lubricants with a significantly longer lifetime, higher stability and greater reliability. Krytox™ XHT-BDZ Do not migrate even at high temperatures, is silicone and chlorine-free and do not emit any volatile organic compounds (VOC) into the atmosphere.

The Krytox™ XHT-BDZ Series is preferred where full non -flammability, oxygen tolerance and resistance to aggressive chemicals are desired.

Krytox™ XHT-BDZ is insoluble in conventional solvents. Special solvents are required for dilution, cleaning and removal of Krytox ™ products.

NLGI class 1.5 certified for excellent damping behavior

Metal plastic applications:

Apply the grease to the clean, treating area moderately and checked.

The grease is not flammable.

Mechanical keyboard applications:

Apply the grease to the clean area to be treated only slightly and checked. In order to melt the stabilizers, we only recommend lubricating the stabilizer wire and the inside of the stabilizer slide, while on the inside of the housing Krytox™ GPL-205G0 too use.
