How to Use:

• Dust the proofing basket with flour and the risen dough drops easily onto your baking surface. For proofing very wet doughs as required by popular no knead bread recipes, the optional cloth liner is the simplest solution. Working rice flour into the cloth liner will help release wet dough effortlessly.

Care Instructions:

• Clean the basket by simply tapping it over the kitchen sink. If needed, rinse with hot water using spray mode. Shake off excess water and place it upside down on a still warm oven for quick drying. Do not use soap.
