It features a red and black enamel ladybug charm / pendant set in 14k yellow gold and hanging from a dainty box chain with spring ring clasp marked 14k GF

It's marked UNOAERRE ITALY on one side of the bale and 14K plus a star symbol and 1AR on the other side.
