Mamiya Korvette / Family 35mm SLR Camera Sekor 48mm f2.8 w/ Case – Slow Shutter

A vintage Mamiya Korvette / Mamiya Family 35mm SLR camera dating from around 1962, supplied with its leather carry case and a strong wrist strap.

This interesting early SLR features a fixed Mamiya-Sekor 48mm f/2.8 lens and a compact body design with a built-in selenium light meter positioned above the lens. The camera was marketed under different names depending on the region, including the Mamiya Family, Mamiya Korvette (often seen in the UK), and occasionally the Mamiya Saturn.

The camera appears to be in good vintage cosmetic condition overall and comes with a leather carry case that helps protect it during storage or transport.

Please note the shutter appears slow when fired, and the camera has not been fully tested. Because of this it is being sold as untested and may require servicing or adjustment before use. It would make a great display piece, collector’s item, or restoration project for vintage camera enthusiasts.

Please study the photos carefully as they form part of the description.
