We accept the return of articles for 15 days from the delivery date unless the description of the article indicates that it does not support return (licenses, outlet articles, etc). The return expenses will always be in charge of the buyer unless the merchandise has come defective or with some problem whose responsibility has been DS Tec.  

The material must be returned in perfect condition, both the article and its accessories. You must come with your packaging and wrappers in perfect condition. In the event that the returned article arrives with its defective packaging because it has been returned without packed properly and has stickers from the transport agency that has made the return or some other external deterioration will not accept the return.
