Condition - It's in good condition, never been played with.  I believe the batteries are probably dead because it's not working when you push the buttons.  This belongs to my daughter and when we packed it away in the 1990's it worked.  I'm selling this "as is" since I didn't test it because I didn't want to take it out of the box.

It's either from 1995 or 1996, I'm not really sure.
