OUTLAW TRADING CARDS
OLD AGE OUTLAW AUCTIONS
ITEM INFORMATION
You will receive the exact card or item pictured unless the listing is a bulk or "you choose" lot.
We do not professionally grade cards. Please review all photos carefully before purchasing.
Most cards are pack fresh and in excellent condition. We use Excellent as our condition description because grading standards can vary from person to person.
DISCOUNTS & SPECIAL OFFERS
We occasionally offer coupons, volume discounts, and other promotions. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or shipping discounts.
COMMUNICATION
We value our customers and strive to provide courteous and timely communication. We usually respond the same day, but please allow 2?3 days for a response.
RETURNS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. We will work with you toward a satisfactory resolution.
If a shipment is missing or damaged, we will work with the appropriate shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We take care to package your cards securely using top loaders, padded mailers, cardboard, and other protective materials when appropriate.
Items over $20 ship via USPS Ground Advantage or an equivalent service. Items over $100 receive additional insurance at our expense.
