Not working and wires are old and cut. White glass shade, vintage and or used so signs of wear and use are always present. Have not attempted to clean or polish in any way. I did not take it apart and look inside. Measures  etween 12 and 13 inches tall, needs a restoration rewire job. For parts not working.
