Original Vietnam War South Vietnamese Army (ARVN) leaf camouflage combat jacket.
This is a classic ARVN 2-pocket combat jacket made from heavy cotton camouflage fabric with shoulder epaulets and reinforced elbow sections. The distinctive blue-green “leaf camouflage” pattern is unique to South Vietnamese military uniforms of the Vietnam War era.
The jacket was acquired by me in Ho Chi Minh City around the early 2000s during my militaria buying trips in Vietnam.
No visible date stamp remains.

This example shows clear field use with numerous small holes, repairs, and wear consistent with actual wartime service. These signs of use give the jacket strong character and authentic combat-used appearance.
