This is a Vintage Western Electric 630A ("8 Ball") Microphone from the 1930's... early days of Movies.   I purchased this Western Electric 630A back in the 60's from a good friend Who's great Uncle worked for one of the studios in Hollywood back in the days!!   This mic is in great working condition with balanced LO-Z impedance and good output!  The finish is original painted black with scratches as can be seen in the photos (after it's many uses, You can imagine the work it went through!!)  It's terminated with a newer XLR connector ready to "plug and Play"!   .  The grill is in great shape... paint and Chrome is GOOD!   We try to Keep all microphone as true to specs as possible... THIS is ORIGINAL except for the microphone plug!    It's really a beauty for it's age and many uses!
