This Etcetera skirt is in excellent used condition !! The outer layer is made of an off white, cotton / polyester blend, crocheted thread. It is lined from the top down 26". The bottom 7" is NOT lined. It has a 1 1/2" wide elastic waistband.There are NO pockets.. PLEASE check the measurements below against a skirt that fit you well !!
