Free Delivery

Free delivery applies to UK mainland deliveries only; we aim to deliver your items by the stated shipping method estimate but with the exception of weekends within 3-10 working days. When an order is placed on a weekend or during a public holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day and the delivery date will vary accordingly. We endeavor to deliver all orders on time, however, delays are possible.

Return Policy 

Domestic free shipping is expedited. We have many different shipping locations depending on the product you buy and the shipping location that you choose. We try to ship most items within 24 hours of payment Monday-Friday. Most orders are in transit for two days but some may take longer. If you have a specific time frame please contact us before you make the purchase.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is a result of our mistake.

Please email us for returns through eBay. Do not mark the boxes in any way, as this is classed as a non-resalable condition.

If you believe your product is faulty you must contact us via eBay message or contact our customer services team and inform us of the fault, we will then ask you to send in a short video or a picture so that our technical team can examine the fault to help resolve the issue.

If the fault can be fixed by sending a replacement part, we will order the parts for you.
