A power cord is included.  CPU and RAM passed a stress test. Hard drive removed. The case may be missing rubber feet and have cosmetic damage from previous use. Buyer will need to install a hard drive and an operating system. There is No COA on the case. There is a caddy or screws to mount a hard drive. See photos for additional details.  

Shipping and Handling

Items paid for before 1 PM EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 1 PM EST will ship the following business day.

Items with FREE SHIPPING will ship out the cheapest option — most likely USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver.

Calculated Shipping with UPS: Standard shipping estimates are calculated using UPS Ground service to a commercial address. Please note, for an address listed as residential in UPS's directory, eBay/UPS will add an additional surcharge of a few dollars at checkout for residential delivery.

Expedited Shipping: Please contact us if standard shipping is the only option listed and you need to upgrade to a faster service. We will try to accommodate your needs.

International Shipping: We ship internationally using eBay's Global Shipping Program. Click the “Shipping and payments” tab above to see if you qualify. If your shipping cost is not automatically calculated by eBay, please ensure your address is complete, including the country.

Payment

Payments are handled by eBay. They allow for credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo (US) at checkout.

Warranty

We offer a 30-day DOA warranty on all of our items EXCEPT those listed for parts/repair or specified otherwise in the item’s return policy. Please click the “Shipping and payments” tab to see an item’s return policy. We will cover the return shipping on warrantied units.

Returns or Exchanges

Contact us if you have any questions or concerns. A 30-day return period also applies to items that arrive in the condition described in the listing. We will refund the purchase price of the item; however, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Additionally, the item must arrive back to us undamaged and in the original condition in which it was sold — no modifications, alterations, etc.
