taken apart & old oil cleaned out - contact surfaces look good, drive gear (last 2 pictures) has a area with partially flattened threads, probably from worm gear, appears to turn fine  - untested sold AS-IS drive worm gear looks to have some wear but does drive - no other visible damage that I noticed - will come assembled but gaskets/seals may need to be replaced
parts off a TS250 suzuki, year unknown Vin # TS2503-92734 should be 3rd gen 73 K, 74 L, or 75 M, model, bike had Mikuni carb & exhaust cover used during those years.  engine was locked up but broke free while removing flywheel, nothing was tested as it was mostly apart at that point.
