Mouse pad is pre-owned and may have minor surface wear and marks but in overall good condition. Does not lay completely flat but it's not too bad. I will keep this under a book while it is listed to help flatten more. Rare item, I couldn't find any other one during my research for sale at the time of listing. Measures 7.5" x 8.5".
