This is a beautiful, authentic late-19th-century Wheeler & Wilson sewing machine attachment box. Crafted from solid oak, the top features a highly detailed, pressed Victorian floral scrollwork design with the prominent "W&W Sewing Machines" central medallion logo.

Condition Details: Structure: Very solid with beautiful wood grain. No major chips, cracks, or structural splits. Distinctive finger-joint/dovetail corners are intact. There is a tiny, minor cosmetic chip on one bottom corner.
Interior: Features its original rich, deep red/burgundy velveteen fabric lining. It shows light wears.
Latch: The front push-button latch mechanism does not currently catch/lock the box closed (very common for these boxes), but the rear hinges are firmly attached and operate smoothly.
