Lot of 6 – 7A8 Metal-Base Vacuum Tubes – Tested on B&K 707

This listing is for a set of six (6) vintage 7A8 metal-base vacuum tubes. All tubes were tested on my calibrated B&K Model 707 tube tester on May 19, 2026.

Individual Test Results:

• Tube 1: 90
• Tube 2: 90
• Tube 3: 75
• Tube 4: 80
• Tube 5: 80
• Tube 6: 80

On the B&K 707, a reading of 70 is considered GOOD. All six tubes test at or above that threshold, with several testing significantly stronger.

Condition:

• All tubes are metal-base 7A8 type
• All tested on a calibrated B&K 707
• Pins straight and solid unless otherwise noted
• From long-term vintage electronics storage

The 7A8 is a classic converter tube used in many 1940s AM/FM radios. These are ideal for restorations, repairs, or stocking your bench with reliable vintage tubes.
