Used and vintage so signs of wear and use are always present.  Have not attempted to clean or polish in any way. They have heavy wear, marks scuffs wear dirt scratches. They measure 5.75 inches inside from bottom top bar to where foot what sit, yhat inside space, they measure almost not quite 5 inches wide at widest space, inside measurement. The total length is almost 9 inches (from topnof leather to bottomnof stirrup and total width is 6.25 inches.
