You are buying a one-of-kind SEQUENTIAL CERTIFICATION PSA 10 GEM MINT (Tepig 035/BW-P, Oshawott 036/BW-P) and PSA 9 MINT (Snivy 034/BW-P) set of the 2011 Japanese Ito-Yokado BW Quiz Rally promo cards.

These cards were handed out ONLY to elementary school children who successfully completed all four quiz questions at participating Ito-Yokado stores ONLY on the first and last days of the Spring Fair event between April 29th and May 5th, 2011.

Gem Mint/Mint conditions of these cards are extremely difficult to come by. These rare, exclusive cards feature the Spring Fair event stamp logo.
