This was my dad’s and he barely used it before he gave it to me. He liked playing the hymns with the included cartridge, Religious Standards QSC-9. This Suzuki Q-Chord QC-1 is extremely versatile. Plug in a cartridge and play the selections like a CD, or set your rhythm pattern with preset styles and add fills, change tempos with up and down arrows. Add instrumental sounds as well as vibrato or reverb. On the left side, choose chords or use the handy Melody Keyboard Overlay for specific pitches.
The original owner’s manual and quick start guide are included. We also added a headphone jack splitter so that two people can listen through headphones together if needed. It comes with a power adapter, but could also run on batteries.
The one flaw is the case. There’s a spot on the back where the plastic gaps, but it’s an external cosmetic flaw and does not affect the inner case. It’s also very hard for us to close, so we usually tie a cord around the handle to save ourselves the frustration. See photos.
