I cleaned the record, I don't see any scratches or scuffs, It does have "Demonstration Record Not For Sale" stamped on side 2, Inner sleeve has a lot of tanning, the Lyrics sheet is very good and clean, Outer Sleeve is very nice, NO rips or tears, NO album ring
