The Australian Made TUFF-180 is our smallest and most compact model in the TUFF Series, this Drum Anchor Winch which features a 180mm drum diameter, packs impressive power into a sleek design, making it ideal for boats up to 5.5 meters long.
Constructed with 100% Australian Made and machined 316 Stainless Steel Drum, 6061-T6 Alloy bearing caps and stainless steel oversized bearings, Machined Beveled Edges (TUFF Exclusive). Backed by our 5 year warranty guarantee!
Full Kits include: Australian Made Tinned Marine Grade Copper Wiring Loom (crimped for you for easy installation), Double Braid Nylon Rope and Galvanised Chain and an Australian made 316 SS TUFF Deck Roller.

1. Anodised Worm Drive Gearbox with stainless steel hub and fixtures (marine graded + oversized). Will stand the test of time against any salt water conditions.
2. Powerful IP66 Epoxy-coated 1500w 4 brush DC Motor (marine graded + oversized). compliant with the International Protection Regulation Certified IEC/EN 60529) We don’t use aluminum “IP68” sleeves as they are prone to water ingress issues, our motors are designed to get wet!
3. Complete rounded transmissions expertly designed for easy and compact installations.

All Drum Anchoring systems require wiring to operate. TUFF WINCH can be operated from your boat’s main battery supply or a dual-battery supply setup, whatever you prefer!
The installation process for the TUFF WINCH is designed to be simple and efficient for Australian boaters. Once you have chosen and prepared an appropriate mounting location, aligned the winch to your desired position, and completed the wiring and switch installation in accordance with the provided diagram, the final step is to perform operational tests to verify proper functionality. Upon successful testing, the winch is ready for use.
