CONDITION:

Authentic vintage U.S. Military Carpenter Equipment Set No. 1 Engineer Squad chest with mixed vintage and newer tools included. Original OD green finish with military stenciling, inventory schematic, and government logistics label still present.

Chest is structurally solid with expected military/storage wear including scratches, scuffs, paint loss, oxidation, and general age-related cosmetic wear. Hinges, latches, side handles, and interior divider system remain intact and functional.

Interior loading diagram plate is still mounted inside lid. Includes a large assortment of carpenter, layout, striking, cutting, and measuring tools as shown.

Heavy-duty transit-style storage chest originally issued for military engineer/carpenter field use. Features original olive drab finish, military stencil markings, internal storage organization system, and mounted loading/inventory diagram inside lid.

Note: I spent some time cleaning up both the case and tools. 90% of surface rust removed/neutralized and tools oiled.

The box has been cleaned of debris and I gave it a simple wipe down. Original paint, some minor rust dings, etc all original condition. Interior compartment system remains intact and still organizes tools well.
