Dell XPS 13 9380 - i7-8565U , 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD ,Silver, 13.3" UHD Bad Screen

Condition: Selling AS-IS for parts only.  Below are the observations made during inspection and photography. No other tests are performed beyond the observations in the following.

• Model: Dell XPS 13 9380
• Processor: Intel Core i7-8565U @1.8GHz, 8M Cache up TURBOBOOST  to 4.6GHz 4 core.
• Memory: 16GB RAM
• Storage: 512GB SSD(Wiped old data), SSD comes with heatsink cover on the slot.
• Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 620
• Display: 4K Touchscreen: 13.3" UHD Res 3840x2160( VERY DIM SCREEN DISPLAY)-Bad Screen
• Operation System: Not Included (Window is installed to check the basic functional testing only and is not activated )

Condition Details:

1. Display:

   • Internal laptop screen is extremely dim/faint (May be issue with LCD backlight; we don't know exact cause).The BIOS/boot screen does appear on the built-in display after pressing F2, but the backlight is very weak and screen details are barely visible.

   • The BIOS system information were read from using USB-C external monitor. 

2. Battery:

   • Battery behavior shown in photos. During the photo session(about 3-5mins), it dropped from 13% to 3% .

   • Full battery life is untested and not guaranteed.

   • Charges through the USB-C without issue.

3. Keyboard & Touchpad:

   • Keyboard is functional. 

   • Touchpad is functional.

4. Other Functional Checks:

• Boots into BIOS information screen. The system information were reviewed with using an external monitor. The existing laptop display is extremely dim and not able to see the details. 

5. Cosmetic:

   • See in pictures for the wear ,tear  scratches and dents. 
   • Bottom cover screws are missing.

6. Accessories:

   • No adapter included.
