The iconic high-gloss black paint finish retains nearly all its original depth and lustre, with only the faintest traces of careful handling visible under close inspection. The top plate's classic Ernst Leitz Wetzlar engraving and Leica script are crisp and clean. The silver-chrome shutter release button, cross-knurled ISO and shutter dials, and the deliberately absent red dot are all in pristine condition — exactly as Leica intended for this collector-grade edition. The 3” touchscreen is scratch-free. All controls, dials, and the quiet shutter mechanism function flawlessly.
