Not certain of the date, but Santa is not like most blow molds that I have seen. He is very shiny and has a glossy finish  Plastic is harder.  He looks to have been a stake topper by the shape of the hole on his bottom side.  He does not come with a light.  He does not appear to have been placed outside.  No yellowing,cracks, or fading.
