Where do I begin to describe this fabulous dress?

Made in the 1980's by Alyce Designs.

Black velvet and lined.

Have you ever seen the TV show Dynasty? Look it up. This dress looks straight out of Dynasty.

No size tags but here are the measurements.

Bust = 33 - 34 inches.

Waist = little under 28 inches

Hips = 38 inches

Length when taken at the lowest point of the bust = 43 inches.

This is floor length or slightly above that, depending on your height.
