According to the weight and size of each product and your address, the items will be shipped by different carriers. Under normal conditions, it takes about 2-7 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer delivery time.

Some extra-remote or off-shore areas will be charged extra postage fee and in some areas package will not be delivered. Before processing your order, we will contact you at the first time. So please pay attention to your message.

The postage is calculated according to the weight and dimension of each product. Some large items have higher postage. We will deduct the original freight from the refund and charge a 10% restocking fee if you refuse the goods only for personal reasons after delivery or receipt the items.

Important: Inside/Upstairs delivery is NOT provided. This item will be delivered in 1 boxes and each box is 34 kgs. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests. And some products may be sent in more than one packages.

3. Cancellations are only available before the dispatch. Please contact with us within 1 business day after purchase.
4. If You want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issues, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs of non-free-return products, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. (ONLY accept Return within 7 days UNUSED).
5. Items should be returned in their own packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included.
