Mary Lowell Hand Cream Cobalt Blue Glass Jar Vintage Empty Vanity Bottle

THE ITEM This is a beautiful example of mid-century apothecary glass featuring a Mary Lowell Hand Cream Jar in a striking cobalt blue. Produced by the House of Lowell Inc. in Piqua, Ohio, this 3-ounce jar is a fantastic find for collectors of vintage vanity items or cobalt blue glassware.

The jar features a classic fluted or ribbed design that catches the light beautifully, highlighting the deep blue saturation of the glass. It comes with its original metal screw-on lid which still displays the "Contains Korlan" branding and the house logo. The bottom of the glass is prominently embossed with "House of Lowell Hand Cream Piqua, Ohio." This empty jar is perfect for display on a dressing table, as a bathroom accent, or as a unique storage container for small items.

CONDITION NOTES Pre-Owned - Authentic Vintage Condition. The cobalt blue glass is in excellent shape with no chips, cracks, or deep scratches. The glass retains high clarity and rich color. The original metal lid shows a natural aged patina with some surface oxidation and "spotting" consistent with mid-century utility tins, adding to its authentic rustic character. The lid still threads onto the jar securely. Please refer to the gallery photos for exact visual confirmation of condition and measurements.
