Very old antique etching or lithograph of Jesus. This is dated 1891. It’s canvas on wood and it’s called “Throne of Grace” by Rudolph Blind.

This is stunning! The first time I saw it, it stopped me instantly in my tracks and held my gaze…I couldn’t seem to look away, I was in awe at its beauty. I would however walk away from it telling a friend “ if Jesus is meant to reside in my home he will be there waiting if I go back😉”… he was… 30 min later I went back to the shop and purchased it… and this heavenly picture did indeed reside in my home for some time.

This is canvas on wood. The name of this is “ THRONE OF GRACE” this was purchased from a fabulous little antique shop in Canada.

It was printed in Austria in 1891. I’m unsure if it’s an etching, or a lithograph, for those who care. I didn’t.. it was just so beautiful to behold with its time worn patina.

This is in fair to good condition given its age.

-There is foxing (brown spots)

-there are numerous creases..

-and a small tear that was taped on the back of the canvas.

-there is fading and discoloration throughout.

-there are missing nails.
