Attention: I am not exactly sure what part this is, no part numbers, on the front case just the front piece.... I have another one just the one chrome puece but part number in that 1584247, not sure if these have the same part numbers but they are the same and in the parts world if it looks like yours or looks like it ... probably is. The image search on ebay  brought up the title and another listing and they are identical parts, it looks vintage and used, no idea if it is an original part, it has wear and dirt and scratches..a tarnish like dirt and spots on metal. The widows are all good. On the back the square area looks like it has been cut, its sharp around the edges and looks like a hack job not factory made. The arms move fine, one is looser than the other, one has like a bent washer spacer part...see photo, located inbetween arm and round piece it connects too. I would say its incomplete and not working, dont know what or where central lower little rectangle window is or if there was one originally, for parts refabrication upcycle restoration ect... have not attempted to clean or polish in any way.  Vintage and or used so signs of wear and use are always present on items.
