I believe this statue/figurine was created in 2004 by Carl Payne based off the inscriptions on the bottom back (see photos).

I really can’t determine what material it’s made of. I don’t think it’s brass, bronze, or any metal based on the way it feels when I tap the statue with my fingernail. However, I could be wrong, and it does look like it’s possibly made from some metal. I simply don’t know.

The statue weighs just under 5lbs 13oz. The height is approximately 13.25” tall.
