Making a purchase in our shop means that you automatically agree with our rules of the purchase.

1. By making a purchase from us, you automatically accept these terms and conditions and undertake to comply with them, regardless of any other terms and conditions of purchase from any third party. Any dispute shall be governed solely by the laws of the seller, the buyer and the United Kingdom.

2. Our terms and conditions take precedence over those of any other company, organisation or association that may conflict with them.

3. Please shop responsibly; once you have made a purchase, you have made a responsible decision, and we will not accept any claims that you have changed your mind.

4. Buyers are solely responsible for all financial costs, including the payment of all customs duties, charges and fees, and for conducting negotiations or correspondence with customs or other authorities regarding your parcel.

5. Buyers must track their parcel using the tracking number on the courier’s website and handle any correspondence or negotiations with them in the event of a delivery delay or if they have any queries. It would be best if you provided them with your contact details—either by phone or email—so they can get in touch with you.

6. We do not handle any customs documentation, as we do not have access to it or to your personal details; eBay handles this once you have completed your purchase. We recommend that you provide your active contact numbers and email address straight away so that you can be reached. As a rule, the courier/customs service sends a message only once, and if you miss it, your parcel will remain in storage until collected.

7. The courier company may ask you to verify your identity, for example by sending them a copy of your passport or driving licence. Without such verification, the parcel will remain at the courier company’s warehouse. Please ensure that messages from the courier company do not end up in your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folder.

8. Before making a purchase, the buyer must notify us that they wish to insure their parcel for its full value. Otherwise, the transport company will insure the parcel at the minimum price specified in the general terms and conditions. We are also liable only for the amount of insurance provided by the transport company, and no more than that. Please ensure you transfer the required amount to us in advance to cover the additional insurance cost.

9. It is possible to send your order to you as a gift or sample, or from a private individual to another private individual as personal effects, to minimise or optimise customs charges.

10. Due to the ban on sending liquids across borders, we do not ship oil or other liquids outside the UNITED KINGDOM.

11. Goods sold at a discount or at a special price are non-returnable.

12. Our company reserves the right to replace the oil or any part with the same or a similar item without prior notice or the buyer’s consent.

13. We accept no liability to third parties in the event that an item purchased from us is broken or damaged by a third party.

14.  Our company policy does not provide for any financial refunds; even in the event of a warranty claim, we will only exchange faulty products for the correct ones. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. The seller is responsible for sending the correct product if it is a warranty claim.
