Over the years, we temper its power with rare and treasured casks. Bourbon for creaminess. Sherry for sweetness. The spice of virgin charred oak. All balanced by some of the oldest whisky we own. Colour: Deep mahogany with coppery-amber highlights.

Nose: Bold espresso and dark chocolate aromas lead the nose, entwined with treacly plum pudding and ripples of cherry, finished with bright candied orange peel.

Palate: Voluptuously viscous, it balances sweetness and spice with bitter mocha, then releases a fresh mint breeze and a bright citrus lift.

Finish: Velvet, lingering finish of bitter mocha and dark chocolate, threaded with warm spice. A cool mint lift and citrus brightens as the sweetness of butterscotch fades, leaving a refined, warming glow that slowly ebbs into a lasting velvet sigh.
