J14 MEF (Plate being removed. OY 52 ZDC is the original ) Golf TDi, 150,000 approx miles. Currently has an MOT which expires in June. Car is running but servo leak is affecting boost. Turbo was reconditioned at 100,000. Cam and clutch were also replaced at 98,000. Car has rust on sills and both sides will need replacing. I’ve owned the car from 2.5 years old. So about 20 odd years. Services were done in line with MOTs but never kept a record as I was never going to sell it. I’ve got to a point where I don’t want to spend money to get it ship shape again. So I’m thinking I may as well sell it or put it storage. The interior door cards are all sagging and have 2m of material to recover them but never got to it.

Annniversary plaque number is in place. I applied for it when I bought it and VW sent it out to me. 

All four wheels need a repaint. They’re on their third coat of aero coat. All have Michelin PS4 tyres. 

Also has a rear anti roll bar fitted. I can’t remember the brand but it was an Aussie one. 

Update. The master brake servo is leaking air. I have a second hand one to replace it with the car. 

CV joints are clicking on turn. 

There is rust on the bottoms of the wings but were replaced 10 years ago so it not as bad as some others I’ve seen. 

Have a new wiper stalk to replace existing one  as the other has lost its intermittent function. 

Passenger door has a dent from where my son opened it on to a post. 

Bonnet has a small dent from a stone. 

Due to the Brake servo issue. I recommend taking car on a trailer. 

I think I have the roof bars still and will throw those in with the sale. 

I should be able to take viewings over the weekend.
