This is an excellent example of the Cold Steel Trail Master bowie.  This is a United States manufactured knife not a Japanese copy.  It came to me through an estate sale so I have no knowledge of its origin or provenance.  Examination does not indicate that it has been sharpened or used.  It appears to me as an older model that someone purchased and then just put it up.
