This is a Vintage Artisan Ring.  Mixed metals.  I appears to be a Canada Volunteer Coin 10 cents from 2001, and a Republica De Cosa Rica possibly from 2001.

Heavy and large ring.

1 and 1/4" Wide x 1 and 13/16" Long.
