The item available here is a used Parker CTC operator interface.  It comes as shown in good physical condition.  It powers up and the touch screen seems to function as designed.  There is a minor scratch in the face but it does not seem to affect the operation.

This item has not been fully tested, and comes with a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped. Postage is not covered.
