Fabulous piece of original King George VI Coronation material from 1937
Very large - 172cm x 82cm
The material was used to make banners, pendants, flags and even clothing for the Kings Coronation.
The material itself is thin but very strong and has lovely bright colours. There are pin holes where it was originally held at the sides and there are a few marks here and there which show on the pictures. Please do study the pictures carefully.
A rare piece of history with very little now surviving, this would look fabulous framed.
