I try to list any unusual damage issues, but do not generally note potential issues like writing, ink (or other) stains, creases, dog-ears, faded/yellowed paper, browning, staple holes, etc.  A scan of the back of the document is also usually included.

Combined Domestic Shipping:  Pay the highest shipping fee and all other paper documents ship free (Must be paid for at the same time). I can generally combine this with any other similar flat item (such as vintage sheet music) for a single shipping fee.
