Only FAIR condition, there is a 4 inch horizontal closed tear to the sheet music starting at the front edge, affecting all pages, the spine fold is split meaning all sheets are loose; there is some light foxing and the blank rear cover has offsetting probably from the front page of some other sheet music it was laid on top of; despite its flaws this is a complete, historic, fun document of the University of the Pacific and the Class of 1876.
