Lennox Furnace Condensation Transition Box Pan Collector 18J2101 64J10. Condition is used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.

Used collector was recovered from a working furnace, however the 2 pvc fittings that screw into the upper neck of the drian bowl of the Condensate trap have been glued into place using a hard / non removable cement.  

Each of the fittings is 1/2" pipe thread and they were glued into place using some form of extremely hard blue cement.    The pvc fitting on the left side of the drainage neck is a plug, whereas the pvc fitting on the right side of the neck had originally had a pvc pipe attached to it.   When we tried to remove it the pipe and part of the original pvc fitting broke off inside the 1/2" threaded female port of the collector.   

We are selling this collector as-is at a discounted rate due to the 2 fittings being glued in with a non removable cement.    We do not recommend anyone buy this unless they have unique experience, knowledge, or skills on re machining or repairing permanently glued in fittings like these.   The rest of this collector box (besides the 2 (glued in fittings) is in good condition and does not have any major issues.

IMPORTANT:  No warranty is provided whatsoever on this part.   Not only does the warranty not cover anything related to damage in use or attempting to refurbish or remove or alter the 2 glued in fittings in any way, it also doesnt cover anything related to preexisting damage whatsoever.       Should you create further damage or teeth marks or any other perceptible alterations to the 2 permantly glued in pvc fittings you will not be eligible to file for any return or refunds related to the 30 day warranty of this part.

When measured across the back, the far outer edges of the flages this part measure across at 13 3/4" inches wide x 4 1/2" tall (see pics)

IMPORTANT!   Lennox made 3 different parts that all look very similar the one thats for sale in this listing, however each of the variatioms is of different widths and the 3 parts are **NOT INTERCHANGABLE**    This listing is to sell the collector box part # 18J2101 which is 4.5" tall x 13.75" wide.    If you cant find the part # 18J2101 in raised letters on the right side of the collector in your furnace, I recommend you measure across the backside of the Collector box amd verify it is 4.5" tall and 13.5" wide, since that is the part dimensions of the 18J2101 that is being sold in this listing.

Any gaskets, plugs, clamps attached to this part at the time of recovery will be included with the sale, however, only the hard plastic housing itself is guaranteed to be included in the sale and also in the 30 day Warranty.
