What does the warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers:

• Any defect in material or quality under normal use during the warranty period
• Hardware failures such as; motherboard, hard drive, power supply, screens, Keyboards, touchpad, touchscreens or any physical component failure under regular usage
• Batteries for a maximum of 3 months, as they are classed as consumables
• The original installation of the Operating System. (macOS, Windows, Android)

During the warranty period, ManlyLaptops will repair or replace products or parts of a product that proves defective because of inappropriate material or defect under normal use and maintenance

 

What does this warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
• Any Accidental damage, such as dropping or liquid damage
• Third-party software or applications installed after receiving the product for the first time

 

Delivery Information

Courier information

Items are normally dispatched with Australia Post as we have found them to be most comprehensive and reliable. Delivery times are typically from just 1 business day in Sydney, 1-2 business days Melbourne and Brisbane, and approximately 3-4 business days for 95% of rest of population of Australia. Some more remote Areas of western, northern and south Australia understandably may take a little longer.

Do you have a shop?

Due to time constraints, we do not a shop facility, we have a working warehouse, we do not have items on “display”, we generally configure to order, after your system has been purchased.

Can I collect?

We highly recommend we deliver. We have found after over 21 years trading IT Hardware it's MUCH easier for all parties when customers order online and we deliver. If you consider the time to drive to us, find our warehouse, (it is a working warehouse, not a shop), fuel or transport costs, toll costs etc then it generally makes much more sense to get the item delivered. If you really need to collect, then you can. We work out of a warehouse in Brookvale / Manly. After you have purchased your order online, Click & Collect style (we prefer very much not to take cash payments). You will need to bring photographic ID when collecting.

How do you deliver?

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service both before and after sales. All systems are provided with a warranty as detailed in the description above. The systems can be cancelled orders, end-of-line stock, ex-lease, fully refurbished or returned orders. In many cases our products are actually less likely than brand new out the box kit to go wrong, as they've passed more tests.
