All in good condition. Unable to test as I don't have an NTSC-J console but the disc is in fantastic condition. There is no manual but unsure if it originally came with one.

I will package as well as I can to ensure it reaches you in optimal condition. Please be aware this is a UK only auction, no exceptions. I will not post to PO boxes either.
