This pattern has a great modern or retro look depending on how you style it!  Featuring a fitted and lined top which has a raised empire waistline and a sweetheart neckline.  The top can be made around hip length or as a long, below knee, length - They are edge to edge but I think the long version would be long enough to change to a dress sewn up at the front!  Teamed with the fitted, slimline trousers which are tapered or a pair of fitted shorts both with side fastenings and slanted pockets.
