How to Use

  1. Air connection – Connect the air pump line to the “IN” port of the air filter. Air exits from the “OUT” port, then connects to the solenoid valve end (with 2 copper silencers).

  2. Sprayer connection – Plug the supplied blue air hose from the solenoid valve end into the sprayer’s air inlet. Connect one end of the clear oil pipe to the check valve on the oil tank, and insert the other end directly into the sprayer’s oil suction port.

  3. Electrical control – Connect the machine tool’s PLC to the solenoid valve coil. Use the PLC program to control valve opening/closing:

    • Valve open → air flows → spray on

    • Valve closed → air stops → spray off

    Wiring note (if using power supply): Connect the positive and negative wires to the two parallel contacts in the solenoid valve coil (no polarity distinction). The separate side contact is for grounding to prevent static electricity.
