This is a rare Westmoreland fairy lamp frosted glass with the cardinal transfer. Includes the original stamp on the base.

There is one smudge on the right bottom side of top. I did not clean this piece as I left that for the buyers discretion. Also a mark on the base top ( see last pictures).
