64 damper levers, new-old-stock. They have the little cloth punchings for the springs, which I think preferable to the teflon used on some production runs. NOTE that these levers are usually sold in sets of 70, which I assume includes a few extras.  64 May be enough for your particular piano; it may not. Check how many you need if you are ordering for a particular piano rebuild. Or, you may just want these for spares in your years ahead as a piano technician. 

Just to be clear: wires will have to be bent to match your particular piano.
